Refund Policy

Every session at Aries Moon Shoppe is prepared with intention and care. When you book a time with me, I hold that energetic space just for you. That said, I also understand that life happens. Here’s how I approach cancellations and refunds—with structure and heart.
Appointments

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

With 24+ hours’ notice, your payment will be refunded (minus a $5 admin fee).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.
Grace Period (First-Time Clients + Emergencies)
If you're a first-time client, or you're dealing with a sudden illness, family emergency, or unexpected event , please email me. I’ll offer a one-time reschedule as a courtesy. No explanation needed—just ask.

Late Arrivals
If you’re running late, I’ll hold the space for up to 10 minutes past our scheduled start time. After that, the session is considered a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Sessions are not extended if you arrive late.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable, but you may transfer them to someone else with advance notice.

Digital Products & Classes
All digital offerings (including guides, recorded content, and online classes) are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. If you have trouble accessing something you purchased, please reach out—I want to make sure you receive what you paid for.

Life Happens
If you need to reschedule due to illness, an emergency, or something unexpected, please just let me know. I’ll always meet you with compassion and do my best to find a solution that honors both our time.
